I wish I had this book, but there is a lot of words so far I am hearing that it would hard for me pronounce. But It seems like a great book. You look great ANT! ♥

So true, I know the truth when I hear it. We try whatever we can to not hear the truth, because we are afraid of it, afraid to live fully. Today I’m going to enjoy the pauses and not be afraid of them. Yesterday I watched a bumble bee in my little garden(that’s what they call yards in the UK)I think it was pollinating the flowers on this shrub, it was so awesome, so small(literally) but so significant it is never scared to be itself.

this has truely opened my my eyes to the question of why i stayed in an abusive relation ship so lo long. it ended once i recovered and took bak some of my self love since then my life has changed so much.. im still on that path to change wich introduced this amazingly, beautiful and insightful book…
